香港寶盈建築有限公司、寶豐建業有限公司皆由陳紹勣先生分別於1976年；1997年創立。陳紹勣先生本着積極進取、建設社群的精神，三十多年來致力建設香港，為市民建造了過百萬平方 米的安逸居所，除此之外，敝司也承建酒店、工廠、辦公樓工程。1997年香港回歸祖國懷抱，敝司有幸能參與興建中華人民共和國外交部駐港大樓。

踏入千禧年新紀元，隨着祖國的經濟起飛，公司業務取向於國內發展。陳紹勣先生分別於2004年；2005年於國內成立了保駿建業咨詢(深圳)有限公司和安縣寶豐置業有限公司。位於四川省綿陽市的花城廣場為公司在國內的首個建設項目。陳紹勣先生以三十多年的建築經驗，貫徹建設社群、為市民提供安逸居所的宗旨，帶領着一眾經驗豐富的員工，為社區建造優質廣厦。公司的發展也踏進了新的里程碑！

Boldwin Construction Company Limited was founded by Dr. Chan Shui Chick in 1976.  The main business was construction contracting for all types of buildings.  Through the years Boldwin has successfully completed numerous building contracts as Main Contractor and the Company has since 1997 expanded to include its sister company B.F. Construction Company Limited.

 Having founded both companies Dr. Chan continued his pursuit of construction excellence through the utilization of his vast experience in managing building contracts of all sizes and natures.  Amongst its profile are sizable building projects that include residential tower blocks, hotels, offices, institutions, commercial, and industrial building landmarks in Hong Kong.  Today, satisfied owners and occupants have taken over more than 1.5 millions square meters of residential flats, and 400,000 square meters of spaces for commercial and other usage built by the two companies.

 As Hong Kong faces new changes the companies marched into a new era with the completion of the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Foreign Affair Building in time for the handover of Hong Kong to the Motherland in 1997.  The magnificent building was officially opened by Chinese Premier Qian Qichen at the time of the handover.

 Riding on the economic growth in Mainland China, Dr. Chan has extended his interest into the property market in China.  Beginning with a residential and commercial development in Anxian in the Province of Sichuan, Dr. Chan wishes to bring his experience and expertise into creating a new home environment to the residence of Anxian.  Under his leadership with his experienced and capable project team, Anxian BF Company Limited is leading its way in fulfilling his mission in bringing quality and stylish living to the community.
